Target Lifestyle Behaviors

  1. Gradually increasing your level of physical activity to over 2000 calories a week
        - Maintaining a healthy percent body fat
  2. Eat a minimum of 5 cups of vegetables/fruit per day
  3. Control the fat content (less than 20%) and total calories in 4 basic environments
    a. Supermarket shopping (what you bring into the home gets eaten)
    b. Food preparation (broil, fry, steam and cooking recipes)
    c. Work environments
    d. Other environments you frequent, including friends and relatives homes
